Use this form to request your GSC membership to be frozen for the upcoming swim season.
The Gibsonville Swim Club recognizes that circumstances in life change, and there may be years when renewing your membership fully isn’t feasible, yet you wish to maintain an active membership for future use. To accommodate this, we provide an option to ‘freeze’ your membership. This option is available for up to three consecutive seasons and ensures your membership remains in good standing. By choosing to freeze your membership, you can return in a subsequent season without the need to pay a new initiation fee.
The fee to freeze your membership is equivalent to one-third (1/3) of the current annual dues and must be paid each year during the freeze period. Please note, if the freeze fee is not paid by July 1st of the current season, your membership will be forfeited.
Please note: During a season where your membership is frozen, you will not be allowed to swim or use club amenities - unless you pay the full balance of your membership dues for that season.
To take advantage of this, please complete this form and the GSC team will send/update your membership invoice to be 1/3 of the current annual dues. Once this form is submitted and the invoice is paid for the freeze fee - your membership will be frozen for the upcoming swim season.
